Return and Refund Policy

• Please note that trying or opening the package before the courier leaves is not allowed.
• Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Exchange or Return Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must be in original condition, including: Original case, tags, and packaging.
• Unworn, unused, and clean.
• You will receive your refund via Instapay or Vodafone Cash within 7–14 days after the returned order is received back at our warehouse.
• Refund fees apply and will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Items that are worn, missing tags, or not in original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
