Welcome to Pearl Boutique. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

“We” / “Us” / “Pearl Boutique”: the operator of the store.
“You” / “Customer” / “User”: the person placing an order or browsing the site.
“Products”: the women’s clothing and accessories offered for sale.
“Site” / “Website”: pearl boutique’s online store.
“Order”: a request by you to purchase Products from us.
“Agreement”: these Terms & Conditions together with any policies (e.g. Privacy Policy) referenced herein.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and any other policies we publish (e.g. Privacy Policy, Return Policy).
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion (e.g. for fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms).

We attempt to display as accurately as possible the colors, sizes, and descriptions of Products. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, display monitors, etc.
All Products are subject to availability. If a Product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and either (a) offer a substitute, (b) cancel your order and refund you, or (c) waitlist you — per your choice.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue any Product at any time without notice.

Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) [or other currency as applicable], inclusive/exclusive of VAT as indicated.
We may offer promotions or discounts, and reserve the right to cancel or modify them at our discretion.
Payment must be made in full before shipping (unless otherwise agreed). We accept [list payment methods, e.g. credit cards, bank transfer, cash on delivery, mobile payments].
If payment fails (due to insufficient funds, chargeback, etc.), we may cancel the order.

After receiving and confirming payment, we will process your order.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Product is delivered to the shipping address.
If you provide an incorrect address or fail to accept delivery, any additional cost or delay is your responsibility.
You must inspect the package at delivery. If there is visible damage or tampering, you should note it on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately.

You may request a return or exchange within [specify number of days, e.g. 7 or 14 days] of receiving the order, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for return/exchange:
• Product must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice).
You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned item and inspect it. We may deduct restocking fees or shipping costs if applicable.
Some items (e.g. final sale, intimates, swimwear, custom-made items) may be non-returnable — we will clearly indicate such items.

We provide no express guarantee beyond what is required by applicable law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. loss of income, business interruption) arising from use of our site or Products, except to the extent not permitted by law.
Our liability for any defect or breach is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price (whichever we choose).
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your misuse of Products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

All content on the site (designs, photos, logos, text) is our property or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them commercially without permission.
If you submit content (e.g. reviews, photos), you grant us a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use it in marketing, on the site, social media, etc.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our site and placing orders, you consent to data collection, usage, storage, and transfer as described in that policy.
We will not share or sell your personal data to third parties except as needed (e.g. delivery, payment processing) and in compliance with applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any dispute arising hereunder shall be submitted to the competent courts in Egypt (or arbitration, if both parties agree).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under law, it will be severed without affecting the remainder of the Terms.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
